Fridays with a Forester: Forest Farming, Food Forests, and Edible Landscapes

Join Extension foresters to discuss some of the key issues and questions around forest and woodlands facing Minnesota landowners. These online sessions will be very informal and open to all interested. Each session will start with a brief presentation, followed by a discussion framed around participant questions on the topic.

From growing native fruit-bearing bushes in your yard to gathering wild mushrooms in a favorite woodland to working with your neighbors to create a community garden, food forests are making a comeback in a big way. Join us to learn what opportunities exist for creating more abundant edible landscapes on your property and in your community.
