AMERICAN RED CROSS: FIRST AID CLASSES
At the American Red Cross, we offer Minnesota first aid certification training classes so that you can learn how to help your friends, family and neighbors during medical emergencies. With courses available online, in person and via our blended Simulation Learning experience, finding a class that suits your schedule and your learning style is simple.
The American Red Cross not only delivers first aid training in Minnesota, but we also provide training to individuals and organizations in every state and more than 180 countries around the world. The training materials for our classes are developed experts in the field and are based on the latest and best in emergency science. In addition, all course materials and protocols are reviewed by the Red Cross Scientific Advisory Council and are updated as new, proven information becomes available.

Hundreds of instructors are aligned or affiliated with APHE and teach American Heart Association, American Red Cross, and National Association of Emergency Medical Technician classes through our organization.
We are an authorized AHA Training Center (TC) who has certified thousands of instructors and hundreds of thousands of students. We provide training primarily in Minnesota and the Midwest but instructors from across the United States teach classes through our organization.
USDA FOREST SERVICE: National Crosscut and Chainsaw Program
The new Forest Service saw policy directs the use of chainsaws and crosscut saws on the National Forest System Lands. Forest Service employees, volunteers and cooperators can now access consistent training, evaluation and certification. The policy enables properly qualified volunteers and cooperators to train and evaluate their members. Authorized Cooperator organizations may also certify their members. The Forest Services' National and Regional Saw Program Managers and the National Saw Technical Advisory Group (SPTAG) lead the implementation of the program.
