MFA has teamed up with three other organizations to produce Gathering Partners of Natural Resources. The event will be held at the Sawmill Inn in Grand Rapids Friday-Sunday, May 15 - 17. Friday is MFA's Annual Meeting starting at 4:30 p.m., followed by a banquet at 5:30. Saturday is the big day education day with over two dozen sessions scheduled for the Sawmill Inn and the Forest History Center. MFA's Registration Form is ready as is a 35-page booklet describing the event and the educational sessions in detail. Register TODAY as some sessions have limited seats available and fees go up on May 1st.
With support from the Blandin Foundation, MFA has produced two public service announcements touting the contributions private woodlands make to Minnesota's overall forest economy. Read the associated press release and then listen to and download PSA #1 and PSA #2.
